SO I AM CHALLENGING MYSELF AND EVERYONE ELSE TO 31 DAYS TO BE THANKFUL! IT IS EASY! EVERYDAY YOU LIST ONE THING THAT YOU ARE THANKFUL FOR! I KNOW WE SHOULD DO THIS EVERYDAY BUT NOVEMBER IS ALWAYS A MONTH OUR THANKS COME INTO PLAY!
DAY 6 Following up with yesterday, day 6 comes in with my Momma! I am so Thankful to be so lucky to still have my Momma around!
She was diagnosed with Breast Cancer 15 years ago. The same month that I found out I was pregnant with my 1st child. I swear my child was a Godsend. To save my Mom. I truly believe this. It gave my mother HOPE and something wonderful to look forward to. She is now cancer free.
I talk to my Momma on a daily basis. Sometimes about nothing and sometimes about EVERYTHING. She will let me vent, cry or laugh. She will listen and offer advice. If she is judgemental she doesn't show it. She keeps all judgement to herself.
She will also be right there if I need her. Weather it is to keep my children or if I need someone to be in the same room with me. She will come.
Thank you Momma. I now understand a Mother's love. I love my children more than anything in this world. I imagine it is the same for you!
